Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 June 2026
TenderEU (“we”, “us”) builds software that helps suppliers find, analyse and fill EU public tenders. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data residency: all personal data is processed and stored within the European Union. We host our own AI models on EU infrastructure, so customer and bid content is never sent to a third-party AI API and is never used to train a public model.
What we collect
- Contact data you submit (name, work email, company, message) when you contact us or request a trial or demo.
- Account & product data for customers of the platform (company profile, content library, tender activity).
- Usage analytics — only if you consent — to understand and improve the website (see Cookies & analytics).
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide the service you ask for.
- To operate, secure and improve the platform.
- To meet legal and contractual obligations.
Our legal bases are your consent (analytics; marketing), the performance of a contract (providing the service), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the product).
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Analytics storage is set to denied by defaultvia Google Consent Mode and is only enabled if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Strictly necessary cookies needed to run the site do not require consent.
Processors we use
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and object storage (EU jurisdiction).
- Google Analytics — website analytics (consent-based).
- Resend — delivery of contact-form emails.
Each processor acts under a data-processing agreement and appropriate safeguards.
AI & automated processing
The platform uses artificial intelligence to analyse tenders and help prepare bid documents. We host our own models on EU infrastructure, and your confidential content is not sent to a third-party AI API or used to train public models. AI output is generated to assist you and is probabilistic by nature — it can be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for your own review. Outputs do not produce legal effects or significant automated decisions about you; you remain in control of every result. For the full disclaimer and the limits of our liability, see our Terms of Service.
Retention
We keep contact data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, and customer data for the life of the account plus any legally required period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@tendereu.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
